Our cooking lesson will be held at the Mas du Cimai B&B or at a local creperie. Under the guidance of Chef Pierre Laury we will learn how to cook typical Provincial foods.
Guest will learn how to prepare Mediterranean foods cooked with the best local and seasonal ingredients, including the dried herbs we purchase at the markets. Depending on our tour schedule, Chef Laury might even allow us to accompany him to some of his favorite local producers who provide some of the best meats, seafood, poultry, fruits, vegetables, breads and cheeses of the region.
